Call for Speakers

Interested in presenting at Arizona Total Rewards Association’s 2018 Annual Conference?

ATRA is currently searching for dynamic speakers for its Annual ATRA Conference on August 2nd at the Thunderbird Executive Center in Glendale. Attendees are most interested in total rewards topics, which range from compensation, benefits, compliance, to employee communications.

This year’s conference theme is “Breakthrough to Excellence!” so we are particularly interested in presentations that highlight new concepts and trends or best practices that lead to the advancement of the total rewards profession as well as the general improvement of employee performance and engagement.  We would like to see creative and innovate content that is backed by strong thought leadership, research, and anecdotes.

 Interested in being a Sponsor?

ATRA is seeking sponsors for our Annual Conference on August 2, 2018. Conference attendees will be most interested in vendors and consultants that focus on total rewards, including the areas of compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement and communications.

ATRA is offering 4 levels of sponsorship ranging from Platinum ($1,500) to Bronze ($250). Each level offers key benefits and opportunities for your brand to be recognized by Conference attendees!  Exhibit space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please return applications promptly.

If you are involved in compensation and/or benefits plan design or administration, this conference is for you! ATRA’s Annual Conference sessions are geared towards Compensation, Benefits, and general Human Resources professionals who are interested in learning about the latest trends in total rewards and continuing to develop relevant skills. Attendees will include executives, managers, and independent contributors from Phoenix, Tucson, and beyond! We anticipate over 100 participants to attend from across Arizona.
