Volunteers Needed!

The Arizona Total Rewards Association was officially established in 2009 and we are excited about continuing to offer Total Rewards professionals the ability to network and learn about current issues. Your Association has grown from a handful of professionals with an idea for total rewards association to one with over 125 compensation and benefits professionals representing over 40 organizations in a wide variety of industries. 

Highlights from 2017:

  • ATRA’s Regular educational programs covered a variety of topics related to benefits, retirement planning, compensation, aligning performance management with pay, Arizona's Prop 206, and so much more.
  • Our Lunch & Learn programs created a more intimate event and were hosted at a variety of locations in the valley. 
  • ATRA’s 1st ever full-day Annual Conference included keynote speakers, ten workshops, and vendor exhibits. 

These accomplishments were the work of ATRA's fantastic volunteers!

The strength and vitality of our Association comes from your participation in  meetings and events. As we continue to build an even stronger professional association, we count on volunteers like you! We'd love to have you join our team!

Volunteers are needed for:

  • Educational Program Planning - If you'd like to help us shape the educational platform for ATRA's 2018 program year, the Programs Committee can use your contributions. 
  • Lunch & Learn Program Planning - There are also opportunities to sponsor a lunch ‘n learn meeting. 
  • ATRA Communication - We have opportunities to assist communications about ATRA, increasing the awareness of who we are and what we have to offer total rewards and other HR professionals.
  • Continuing Education Credits Administration - We offer certification currency credits recognized by HRCI, SHRM and WorldatWork. We need assistance in administering the CE approval process.
  • Board of Directors – We will have a vacancy on the Board for 2018. We are accepting nominations for this opening!
