Mentor Program

We are in search for someone to administer a Mentor Program for ATRA…Please contact us if you have the time and interest!

Mentoring provides an opportunity for participants to gain leadership experience, share knowledge, and learn. It is a personal developmental relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. However, true mentoring is more than just answering occasional questions or providing ad hoc help. It is about an ongoing relationship of learning, dialogue, and challenge*.

Each summer, members of the ATRA can submit interest to participate in the Mentoring Program. Programs kick off in the fall, and conclude 12 months later.
