Kat is the Local Communications Practice Leader and Associate Partner at Aon Hewitt in Phoenix, AZ. She develops high impact and innovative solutions to help clients with employee behavior and culture change. Her strategic areas of focus are in Employment Branding, Benefit Communication, and Employee Engagement.
