What data do you use to assist you with your Compensation Planning? Our annual Compensation Update will cover the recent results of the Mercer U.S. 2017-2018 Compensation Planning Survey, and current Talent Trends such as:

  • How has the current economic and business environment factored into pay levels over the past several years?
  • What are Mercer's compensation estimates for the remainder of 2017 and our predictions for 2018?
  • How do those statistics compare by location, industry, and employee level?
  • What does it take to attract, retain, develop, and motivate the right workforce?
  • What's the latest with Minimum Wage and FLSA (overtime requirements, if any)?

You will leave this meeting armed with the most recent Compensation data and ideas for your 2018 Compensation planning.
