Adriana Bettencourt

Adriana began her career after graduating college as a Corporate Accountant. Her accounting background helped her land her current position as a Compensation Analyst at Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS). During her tenure at MIHS, Adriana has helped implement a new HRIS system, Performance Management System and Compensation Data Management tool, Pay Factors.  Adriana joined Arizona Total Rewards Association and became a Program Committee member a year after joining. She recently took on the role of Program Chair and is looking forward to continuing to meet new people, learn new things and continue bringing enticing total rewards topics and presentations to the association.

Andrea Rios

Andrea is an Employer Benefits Consultant at Lovitt & Touché, where she is consults with HR and Finance Executives on strategy, compliance and cost containment on employee healthcare and benefits. Andrea’s experience over the last 15 years has focused on assisting businesses in the development and implementation of recruitment and HCM technology solutions, in addition to benefit strategies. Her passion is helping businesses gain a competitive advantage and improve employer branding for recruitment and retention. Andrea earned a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from Arizona State University, WP Carey School of Business. She is also a current Board Member with Local’s First Arizona. 

Chace Case

Chace cut his teeth in benefits out of college as a retirement plan administrator for a 15k employee healthcare company. Since, he has compiled 15+ years’ experience in a variety of Benefits, Analytics and Leadership roles. His experience has mostly been as a purchaser of employee benefits and benefits consulting, the majority of which was served in a large, collectively bargained, multi-state environment. As a SHRM-SCP and active member of SHRM Greater Phoenix, he enjoys leveraging his personal network and experience as a practitioner to develop and execute relevant strategic initiatives for his clients. Prior to CBIZ, he was a sales consultant for Hodges-Mace LLC where he refined his expertise in benefit technology and communication strategy. He has also co-authored three books while an employee of GE Capital, dedicated to market analysis and segmentation.
