No matter where you are in your journey to plan, implement or sustain a formal wellness program at your workplace, the Healthy Arizona Worksites Program (HAWP) has information you can use. Here are just a few of the things you’ll learn:

  • Express the business case of a worksite wellness program
  • Identify strategies to build organizational buy-in for a worksite wellness program
  • Develop a worksite health improvement plan
  • Identify tools and resources for ongoing support
  • Outline the process and criteria for applying for a HAWP award

Please join us to learn more about how wellness programs can round out your Total Rewards program.

Our Guest Speaker

Sherry Haskins, MPA, is the manager of the Office of Worksite Health Innovation at Maricopa County Department of Public Health. As the team lead of the Health Arizona Worksite Program (HAWP) she actively builds community-based partnerships and coalitions focused on improving population health outcomes, including training employers on comprehensive, evidence-based worksite wellness. She helps employers evaluate, implement, or improve their worksite wellness programs to become recognized as Health Arizona Worksites. Sherry was recently selected to participate in the Center for Disease Controls/Johns Hopkins University Worksite Technical Assistance Project along with three other state worksite wellness training programs.
