About this meeting...

Business leaders are always looking for ways to encourage their employees to increase their participation in a retirement plan, but struggle with how to quantify “success”. Having a way to offer, incentivize and measure employee participation and outcomes from a financial wellness approach is possible by building a business case for financial wellness.

The Financial Wellness program will help participants understand how to build a business case for financial wellness, hear about best practices in financial wellness programs, and measurement tools/techniques to fully evaluate program success.

Financial well-being will be defined, the current state of the market will be examined, emerging best practices will be shared, financial well-being selection and program assessment will be shared, as well as effective and actionable measurement tools.  Case studies will be reviewed as a way of spotlighting program effectiveness.

Here are just a few of the things you will learn:

  • Understanding the business case for financial wellness
  • Understanding best practices in creating a comprehensive financial wellness program
  • Defining and measuring program success
