Part Four of our Five part series will include valuable information that builds upon our prior Comp 101 courses. In this session, you can expect to learn how to be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations when putting together a base pay structure. All organizations are different which means there are a variety of base pay structures to consider when deciding which is the best fit for your organization. Make sure to attend to learn about the best approach you should take when establishing a base pay structure and how to communicate that information in a strategic fashion to both managers and employees.

Our Speaker:

Gail Paul is the CEO of StrategiComp. She has over 25 years of experience as both consultant and practitioner in the areas of compensation, executive compensation and benefits. Gail's background includes serving as the top Total Rewards executive for publicly traded organizations Universal Technical Institute and Del Webb Corporation (Pulte Homes), where she was responsible for managing executive compensation programs, pay and incentive structures, equity incentive plans, employee benefits and creating and communicating the compensation philosophy and strategies.

Gail has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercer H.R. Consulting / Mercer Health & Benefits, providing comprehensive HR and benefits consultation to large corporate and government clients in Arizona and Nevada. She is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional through WorldatWork and is an active member.
