About this meeting...

For the final installment of our five-part Comp 101 Series, presenter Josh Miller will be discussing Variable Pay and sharing the most important things you need to know about the different forms of variable pay, including bonus and commission plans (sales compensation).  The session will cover when these forms of pay are appropriate, key principles for the strategy and design of these forms of programs, variable compensation administration and governance best practices, and more.

Our Speaker

Josh Miller is Managing Principal for OnTarget Incentives, LLC, a sales compensation consulting firm.  Josh is also Executive Director of Incentive Compensation at Aetna/CVS Health.  Josh has been active as both a consultant and executive practitioner in incentive compensation for almost 20 years by designing, implementing and managing compensation for such companies as J.D. Power, Insight, JDA Software, Time Warner Cable, and more.  Josh is a frequent writer for Workspan Magazine, holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Arizona State University and is a Certified Sales Compensation Professional through [email protected]
