About this meeting...

Arizona Total Rewards Association exists to bring Total Rewards professionals together for networking and education. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will strive to uphold our mission using technology that allows you to continue learning and growing while safely maintaining social distancing. Our meeting format for April will be via ZOOM. The first 30 minutes, usually used for breakfast and networking, will consist of an online, moderated networking opportunity. As you enter the Zoom meeting, we will facilitate introductions and take the opportunity to learn from each other how everyone is coping with this new reality (Work From Home, Social Distancing at Work, etc.). A calendar appointment with the meeting link will be shared on April 22nd at 5 pm MST to all registered attendees. 

Program description...

Chris Moodhe, Head of Research and Insights for WorldatWork, will be discussing highlights from the organization’s research efforts in 2019. Topics covered will include pay equity/pay transparency, trends in rewards/benefits, usage of job descriptions/job codes, and more. You’ll also get a preview of upcoming research studies!

Our Guest Speaker...

Chris Moodhe is Director, Research and Insights for WorldatWork, the Total Rewards Association.  WorldatWork deploys approximately 12 surveys annually; its Salary Budget Survey is the longest-running survey of its kind and the gold standard for insights and benchmarking for all industries. Chris has executed hundreds of market research studies from conception to completion (designing questionnaires, crunching data, running models, and linking data to financial outcomes). Earlier in his career, Chris was a Customer Experience Consultant for American Express, the Co-founder of market research firm Anova, Senior Manager Insights Partner for Sam’s Club, Marketing Research Manager for Anthem, and Customer Experience Analyst for Guitar Center. He has an MBA and BA in Business Administration and Management from California State University.
