Our Guest Speakers...

John Lomax focuses on the defense of labor and employment matters. He represents employers in class and collective actions, and he has an active practice representing employers on wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, affirmative action plans, employment agreements, reductions-in-force and EEO cases. He has handled arbitrations, bench and jury trials. John also represents employers in traditional labor matters, representative case proceedings, unfair labor practices cases, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and handling labor arbitrations.

Ben Nucci concentrates in labor and employment law, immigration and Native American affairs. He focuses primarily in the area of employment litigation, including representing employers against claims alleging discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination matters involving state and federal wage and hour laws, restrictive covenants, and various contract issues. He routinely counsels’ employers regarding workplace policies and procedures. Benjamin is a frequent speaker and manages Snell & Wilmer’s Labor and Employment blog.
